The Benchmark Inn - Augusta

We had a great Easter stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making for a positive experience despite ongoing renovations in the hotel. the location was excellent, with several restaurants, shops, and a river walk all within walking distance. We especially appreciated the range of snacks available in the lobby, including chips, cookies, and fruit.

the ongoing renovations caused a bit of disturbance, and we did notice some issues with the electrical wiring and bathroom fixtures in our room.

Friendly staff, great communication, comfortable bed, lovely room, snacks available, excellent location near restaurants and shops.

The hotel was undergoing extensive renovations which were not disclosed before booking. The room had multiple issues like a leaking sink and electrical cords running all over the place. It was clear to us that the hotel was not up to code. Overall our stay was disappointing due to the state of the hotel.

The location of this guest house appeared to be convenient for visitors since it was close to restaurants, bars, shops, and riverside. the staff was friendly, communicative, and hospitable towards guests. the room was beautiful and clean, equipped with an adjustable king-sized bed. the lobby provided snacks ' convenience.

Although one guest mentioned enjoying the facility in the past, the recent experience was disappointing because of the poor location and limited breakfast options.
